Council Bluffs, IA (May 29, 2020) – Horseshoe Council Bluffs will reopen at 50% of its gaming position capacity at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 1st in accordance with directives from the state of Iowa pending all regulatory approvals. Slot machines will be configured with limited seating to provide for appropriate physical distancing.
