Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines Adds Domestic Flights to 2025 Mediterranean Program
LONDON — April 16, 2025 — Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has introduced new domestic flight options to support its 2025 Mediterranean fly-cruise itineraries, offering guests across the United Kingdom a more seamless journey to the sun-soaked ports of Southern Europe.
Travelers departing from Glasgow, Edinburgh, Belfast and Newcastle will now have the option to connect to Mediterranean-bound flights via London Heathrow with a single check-in. The move is intended to streamline the travel process for regional guests, offering more convenience and reducing the time spent in transit.

Fred. Olsen’s fly-cruise program is known for its mix of marquee ports and lesser-known destinations across Spain, Italy, Greece, Croatia and Turkey. The line’s smaller ships, including Balmoral, offer a more intimate sailing experience with an emphasis on regional immersion, personalized service and thoughtfully timed itineraries.
