Seabourn Toasts Both Coasts as Seabourn Pursuit Debuts in Miami – Seabourn Venture Arrives in Seattle
Seabourn Pursuit is the Line’s 2nd Ultra-Luxury Purpose Built Expedition Ship
SEATTLE, October 5, 2023 — Seabourn, the leader in ultra-luxury voyages and expedition travel, introduced its newest ship, Seabourn Pursuit, to the United States on September 29 during a special event in Miami, as well as on-board the Seabourn Venture in Seattle, literally a “Toast to Both Coasts.”
The ship, which launched on August 12, hosted more than 200 travel advisors, media, guests and dignitaries for a one-night event that included guided tours and an exclusive presentation about the ship’s world-class expedition offerings and ultra-luxury, small ship experiences.
The presentation featured Natalya Leahy, president of Seabourn; Adam D. Tihany, founder of Tihany Design; Steve Smotrys, Seabourn’s vice president, sales & trade relations; and Shaun Powell, Seabourn’s director of expedition operations.
Meanwhile, Seabourn Venture, which launched in July 2022, arrived in the continental United States for the first time in Seattle that same morning. To commemorate the two-vessel milestone, Seabourn hosted a virtual “Toast on Both Coasts” for team members, traveling Seabourn guests, travel advisors, media, and invited dignitaries on both ships.
Following the special toast, guests on Seabourn Pursuit enjoyed a taste of the ship’s onboard ultra-luxury travel experience, including a specially curated six-course dinner in The Restaurant, and a performance by renowned guitar duo, CH2, followed by a DJ party with Double Touch. The entertainment continued through the night in The Club and Constellation Lounge.
